Items shipped from SLS can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

You may be eligible for a refund, or an exchange of item, based on the condition in which you return your items. To learn more about the type of returns, please refer to the following:

Preparing Your Package For Return

Before you ship your package for return, please ensure that:

  • Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging (boxes, catalogue etc.) and certificates of origin must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.

For Local Returns 


While you can also ship the returned item to us, there are also drop-off services at various locations around Singapore and West Malaysia that are convenient for you.

Shipping Costs for Returned Items

Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items or incorrect items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.
