In some cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, the item that you purchased from us may not be fully utilized.
In this event, we accrue a re-stocking charge on the item that you want to return on the condition that the item is stored in its original condition, free of defect and rust. The box that comes with the item must also be free of dents, scratches or written texts.
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice at no extra charge. Re-stocking charge will be accrued on items that are returned after the 30-day window period.
What are re-stocking charges?
Re-stocking charges are fees charged when an item is returned us. Sometimes re-stocking charges are based on the condition of the item and the fee is a percentage of the your the initial purchase price of your item.
We allow a refund up to 75% of the initial purchase price for your item. We accept items that have been kept up to 3 years from the date of invoice.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will carry out an inspection of goods to determine if the item is eligible for a refund.
What about the shipping cost?
You will need to bear the return shipping fees when you return the item.
