When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you have the item and how the item was purchased.

You can return the items sold on SLS e-shop. We provide a variety of ways to return your item.
Overseas Return
If you reside overseas, you may ship the item that you want to return.
To find out if your country is eligible for shipping returns, please send us an email or talk to us on live chat for immediate assistance.
Prepare and ship your return
Pack your item securely using the original product packing, inserting the original invoice that you received when you placed your order.
For Local Returns
While you can also ship the returned item to us, there are also drop-off services at various locations around Singapore and West Malaysia that are convenient for you.

How Refunds Are Issued

We will refund you to your Store Credit which will be stored within your account. It can be used toward future purchases on the account it's stored in. The refunded amount will be reflected in your Balance in Store Credit.
The refund will be issued in your local currency and will be calculated with the same rate used when you placed your order.

- Click Store Credit on the left panel in My Account Page
3. The Store Credit Page shows the remaining balance you have in your account.
Other Refund Options
Unless it is a faulty return or returns due to missing or incorrect items, in most cases, we will issue a store credit to your account.
