When you receive a faulty item, you can return it to use and request for a refund
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but in some cases, the products are faulty due to manufacturer defect such as:
- Wrong dimension
- Wrong material or;
- Wrong specifications
You can request one of the following in exchange for the faulty item you received:
- We will refund the full purchase price and all items will be returned to the original forms of payment
- Exchange an item (equal or less than value) or;
- Issue a store credit into your account
