This article provides a list of definition for the various order status shown in your Order page.
Pending
When your order status shows Pending, this means that your order has been received, but payment has not yet been processed.
Processing
This order status shows that we have received your payment and the order is entered into our system and waiting to be dispatched.
Complete
When your order status shows Complete, this indicates that the order has been processed and the items have been dispatched for delivery.
A Complete order status does not mean that the item has been delivered to the recipient.
