Do you provide technical support or on-site repair for the items I bought on SLS e-shop?

Yes, we provide both technical support and on-site repair service.

To help you troubleshoot any issues, we offer free technical support on live chat for eligible products. Our engineers use the latest authorized manufacturer tools to troubleshoot technical issues or provide assistance in set up and configuration of eligible products.

We also provide on-site repair and maintenance for eligible products. However, please note that a fee may be accrued for this service.
