Setting up a new account (Company Account / Individual Account)

This article shows a step-by-step guide on how to create a registered account with SLS e-shop for the first time.

There are two types of accounts that can be created in SLS e-shop, you can either set up an account as an Individual or as a Company. 

Company Account

As the name suggests, you can choose to register an account as a company. This means that you will be purchasing from SLS e-shop on behalf of your company.

When you set up a company account for the first time, you will be assigned as the Company Admin, so be sure to sign up using a primary company email address. You can add company users with different permission levels at anytime in My Account after you've successfully created an account.  


To set up a company account, follow the steps below:

  1. In the SLS e-shop homepage, click Create an Account in the top menu bar.

  2. Select Create New Company Account

  3. In the Create New Company Account page, fill in your company information in the fields provided. Once you are finished, click the Submit button.

  4. Once you have created an account, we will undergo the verification and approval process of your account. Upon approval, you will receive an email confirmation from us with a link to reset your password.

Upon receiving an email confirmation from us, please allow 1-2 business days for us to verify and approve your company account.

Individual Account

An individual customer is defined as a person who has no company association is purchasing from SLS e-shop as a consumer. In other words, an individual customer makes purchases as a consumer.

To set up an account as an individual customer, follow the steps below:

 

  1. In the SLS e-shop homepage, click Create an Account in the top menu bar.

  2. Select Create New Customer

  3. In the Create New Customer Account page, fill in your details in the fields provided.

  4. Once you have filled in your details and sign-in information, click the Create an Account button.

  5. Once you have created an account, you will be able to log in to SLS e-shop. 

Login to Your Account

When you login to your account for the first time, please make sure: 

  • You have received an email confirmation with a link to reset your password
  • You have cleared all cache and cookies in your browser 
  • Your password contains upper case, lower case, numbers and/or symbols

Clear cache and cookies


When you use a browser, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
