Can I exchange an item from my order?

You may request for an exchange of item(s) if you fulfil one of the following conditions.

There are several conditions where you are able to request for an exchange of item(s) from your order: 

  • The item is unavailable after you have placed an order with us
  • You have received missing or incorrect item(s) from us 
  • An item is unable to deliver to you due to logistic issues

If you have received missing or incorrect item(s) from us, you'll need to return the original item(s) within 30 days of receipt to avoid being charged for both the original and exchange items.

The exchanged item will have the same shipping speed that was used on your original item.

Note: If the item you're exchanging costs less that your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
