How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking ID. Shipment tracking is only available for orders with a Singapore shipping address.

To track your order:

Click on the tracking number in the email to open the tracking website and view your shipment status. If the status doesn’t appear after clicking the tracking number, simply copy and paste the tracking number into the tracking website manually, then click “Track My Order”
