How long does the return process take?

The return process typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the date we receive your returned item.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Inspection & Verification – Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect its condition.
2. Approval & Refund – If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your Store Credit or original payment method (if eligible).
3. Processing Time – Refunds to Store Credit are usually instant. Refunds to original payment methods may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For returns sent from overseas, processing time may take longer due to shipping and customs clearance.
