What is the warranty on your products?

We provide a 12-month warranty for all products purchased from the SLS e-shop, starting from the invoice date.

✅ What the warranty covers:

  • Defects in material, design, and workmanship of the product as originally supplied.

❌ What the warranty does not cover:

  • Contamination due to chemical corrosion
  • Damage from abuse, mishandling, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, including rust or stains
  • Damage from extreme environmental conditions
  • Improper modification, adjustment, or tampering

 

Important: The warranty is void if the product’s serial number has been removed, defaced, altered, tampered with, or is illegible.
