What does my order status mean?

Pending - When your order status shows Pending, this means that your order has been received, but payment has not yet been processed. 

Processing - This order status shows that we have received your payment and the order is entered into our system and waiting to be dispatched.

Complete - When your order status shows Complete, this indicates that the order has been processed and the items have been dispatched for delivery.
